Komodo, a flexible platform designed to encapsulate the lifestyle demands of a changing market.

Sharp, angular and aggressively styled, Komodo was penned with the aim of bringing younger owners the ultimate onboard experience, with seamless transitions between unique internal spaces and a truly distinctive exterior style.

More information

Stepping on board, the folding transom platform allows a seamless transition from tender to beach club, before moving upward to the main deck. Having passed the beach club’s open spaces with lounge area, toy store and tender garage, the main deck aft offers a transforming dining area for relaxed entertainment with a panoramic view of the chosen backdrop.

Forward from the aft deck, guests can walk through one of Komodo’s many sliding doors which are strategically positioned across the 360° glass structure and into the lasting first impression of the double-height atrium. Here, guests can congregate in the expansive saloon and bar below the glazed ceiling windows, which are just part of Komodo’s distinctive exterior character.

Heading up the adjoining staircases to the overlooking Mezzanine platform, a dining area – with an impressive headroom – sits in wait by Komodo’s signature viewing platform and seating area positioned under the sliding roof for stargazing without boundaries.

Back on the main deck, a lobby connects a lounge cinema / private office with sliding door access to the outside and just one of the four folding balconies on board. This then gives way to the private Master Cabin, overlooking the spacious bow area with large bedroom, dressing room and ensuite, as well as a dedicated Jacuzzi area outside with transforming sunbathing and canopy area.

Below deck, space for up to 8 additional guests is offered in four spacious double cabins, with one transforming twin, as well as a gym with folding balcony that doubles as a discreet and efficient provisioning area for crew when not in use.

Crew quarters and facilities are also kept in mind as the expertly laid-out areas allow for staff to not only relax and work in a deceptive amount of space for a 53-metre, but to navigate the boat without unnecessarily entering main guest areas.

The tender garage is another notable design space, as it can house a 7.5-metre luxury guest tender, 5.5-metre service tender and two jet-skis. This, like most elements on board, can be reworked to accommodate any demand by the owner, from submersibles to folding biplanes and beyond.

The open and relaxed tone of Komodo is in the DNA of every detail, offering a choice of customisation throughout; from classic diesel propulsion to battery-powered cruising as well as a range of options in terms of both accommodation and layout.

Perfect for the exotic islands befitting her name or the relaxed mindset of the Mediterranean, Komodo revolves around flexibility, allowing those bringing her to build the luxury of choice, and the ability to live life on board, however, and wherever, they see fit.
